Terms and Conditions
1. If Guests are on bed and breakfast basis and wish to enjoy our lunch or evening mealThey may do so by: Upgrade from BB to HB, Upgrade from BB to AI
or Upgrade from HB to AI –all at extra charge.
Children under 12 years old receive a 50 % disc.
2. Mini fridge in rooms is free of charge.
3. Adaptors can be obtained from the Front Desk against a small refundable deposit.
4. The room is equipped with a SAFE deposit box, which guests may rent through the reception .Safe box is strongly recommended for guests valuable belongings.
5. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of money, jewelery or other valuables belongings left in guest rooms.
6. Relax your Body-muscles and joints- under the high heat of our sauna ,which is openfrom 10:00 until 18:30 hrs. Costs €6.00 for 30 min.
7. SELF SERVICE LAUNDRY is available: Washing Machineand Dryer at extra charge.
8. Iron Facilities: Guests may have the iron from the Reception, at a Refundable Depotit.
9. When the Hotel’s Maid passes from a room for Cleaning and guests have the "DO NOT DISTURB” card-request, on the knob of their door, the cleaning of their room will probably not be possible, if their request lasts longer than 13:00 Hrs.
10. Help us to save our Planet – For a Healthy Environment – Save Water – Save EnergyPlease note that the change of towels and linen in guests rooms is 3 times per week.
11. BEACH TOWELS: Please note that Guests may not use room towels for Pool or Beach.They may rent beach towels from reception desk at extra cost.
12. CHECK INtime is 14:00 hrs/CHECK OUTtime is 12:00 hrs. If guests wish to have late checkoutuntil 18:00 hrs they may do so at extra charge and it is subject to vailability.
13. Due to safety reasons guests are kindly requested not to use any electric appliances like kettles, boilers thermos, iron, etc. inside the room.
14. Tap water in room is not drinkable.
15. If our Hotel’s property is damaged, has unacceptable dirtiness or destroyed due to the Guest’s action or negligence, we reserve the right to collect suitable amount of compensation from the Guest.
